many-core mode: key → owner tile → local count → ordered scan
Input vector
This version reinterprets DialSort as a spatial accelerator inspired by Cerebras: each PE owns a key range, inputs travel toward their owner tile, duplicates accumulate locally, and order emerges from a scan of the universe, not from comparisons.

Waiting. First inject the keys across the mesh; then accumulate; finally scan the universe 0..U to reveal the order.
